The ETF2L Highlander Season 7 all comes down to this, over 140 teams have played their part and now the final 2 in our Premiership division are taking on each other. It’s none other than Tourettes Chessclub against  PremTech baby! For 9 weeks of matches new-comers  PremTech have been fighting to prove their worth which has clearly worked in their favour earning them a tidy 2nd place position at least for the overall season whilst for our top of the div team  Tourettes Chessclub the ride has been smooth as a bean. Gunslinger Exploit

This is a rule clarification in relation to the Gunslinger Crit exploit. In the past there have been mixed and conflicting opinions given out by different admins, which has created confusion within the community as to the legality of the exploit.
To make it perfectly clear the gunslinger has an intended “combo crit” function, however building up the combo on an allied player and “storing” the crit is not allowed. The admin team is aware that in a fire fight you could accidently hit an allied player which would count toward your combo total – but you are not allowed to store this crit for future use.

These players have been caught with VAC bans affecting TF2, and will be banned from the league for one year:

Announcing Season 20 powered by Tt eSPORTS: Signups Extended!

Due to the late notice of prizes, maps and a general disappointing level of signups so far, signups have been extended for High, Mid and Open. If you are applying for Premiership, the original deadline applies which is Friday January 23rd 23:59. This is so we can continue to have Pre-Season Premiership Playoffs next week.

The new signup deadline for High, Mid and Open teams is Wednesday 28th January 23:59. Provisional Tiers will be released on Thursday 29th, and Final Tiers will be released on Friday 30th. The remainder of seasons schedule will remain the same, to clarify here is the updated schedule:

Signups: January 7 – January 28th (Prem Signups close January 23)
Publishing of Provisional: January 29
Publishing of Final: January 30
Pre-Season Playoff Week: January 25 – January 29
Main Season: February 1 – March 19 (7 Weeks)

Announcing Season 20 powered by Tt eSPORTS: Fundraiser

We are pleased to announce ETF2L’s first community crowdfunding system for Season 20 powered by Tt eSPORTS. The purpose of this fundraiser is to allow members of the ETF2L community to contribute directly to the Season 20 prize pool and help make Season 20 the biggest yet!

The fundraiser will run throughout the season, with prizes finalised Sunday March 1st. Because of this we cannot promise any exact prizes for tiers until this date. However we can guarantee the minimum prizes for Premiership teams:

• Premiership 1st place: €500
• Premiership 2nd place: €300
• Premiership 3rd place: €200

100% of all donations raised will go towards the Season 20 prize pool, ETF2L will not keep any of the money.

Why should I donate just for the Premiership Players?!

Funds and Items raised through the fundraiser will be used for prizes in all four tiers – Premiership, High, Mid and Open. Prizes for everyone! Clearly we do not know exactly how much will be raised, but our aim is to provide cash prizes for Premiership, High and Mid with at least item prizes for Open.

We had set up a specific account to manage donations, however due to the trade restrictions this account can’t accept trade donations until 1st February. Until then Permzilla will be accepting donations to his personal backpack, but we promise that all donations will be transferred to the ETF2L Fundraiser account when possible.
