    This match can be played as a best-of-three, or a best-of-five if both teams agree.

    Best-of-three:
    Maps will be decided using the following Map Elimination System:

    Witness Gaming is the higher seed.

    DIRTY MAGGOTS eliminates a map
    Witness Gaming eliminates a map
    Witness Gaming picks a map
    DIRTY MAGGOTS picks a map
    DIRTY MAGGOTS eliminates a map
    Witness Gaming picks the decider map from the remaining four maps.
