Season 2 – Week 2

We had to replace two more teams, AWOL jumped in @ Division 5a, SouthPark joined Division 5b. All teams should be active and contactable now.

Week 2 already started yesterday, so we please everyone who haven’t contact their opponent yet to do it and schedule a date.

2^nd Cup – Quarter Finals

Our 2^nd Cup, the biggest European TF2 Cup in history, is reaching its final rounds.

With Excello dropping we sadly have one Default Win, in the other three matches 6 Division 1-Teams will face each other and try to claim a spot in the Semi-Finals.

StopWatch-Mode on gravelpit

After the public whine of the last days we had a neutral admin discussion and decided to add the „StopWatch”-Mode for cp_gravelpit aswell (even if it’s a bit late):

• cp_gravelpit: StopWatch Mode has to be used in case of both teams managing to capture all 6 points. Always make a screenshot of the remaining time after last point is captured or after time went down and upload these (4 screens!) instead of the final scoreboard screenshot. Every attack+defense round counts separately (If Team A wins 1^st Round and Team B wins 2^nd Round the map is drawn).

Notice: As our system only takes 1 screenshot/map, we please you to contact an admin if you played gravelpit so he can check the screens (system will be upgraded in the next days).

After returning from his vacations, ST8 managed to fix the Map-Pick-Bug and also the Calendar bug (where it shown the wrong games at some points).

Every team will have to pick their maps against Week 2-9 opponents. (see last Newspost for Week 1 Map-System)

Map-Pick Rules:

• Official Map-Pool: cp_well, cp_granary, cp_dustbowl, cp_gravelpit, ctf_2fort, ctf_turbine and cp_badlands
• Every map can be picked 3 times at most
• You can edit your picks as often as you want till Map-Picks are closed
• Map-Picks won’t be published before they are closed

Rule Changes

We had an update on our Server Config. Please also update your server with the new one (cl_interp command still in discuss).

Beside that we are adding another rule about unplayable-server-issues:

• A player who is having ping problems on a specific server have to prove their bad routing by a traceroute screenshot if other team asks for it.
