If I’m applying for Div 6 do I have to email staff@etf2l.org?
No, you only have to send an email in case you want to supply proof that you should be placed in a higher division. Teams without previous history will always be placed in the div6 as it’s the entry division.

If you are applying for Division 6 (which is our entry division), you do not have to provide any proof that you are capable of playing at that level. This only applies to Division 5 or higher.

Yeah I saw that, I was just wondering if I had to email my team name without any proof provided.
