    Dear teams,

As you (and spectators) will be aware, United States of America was unable to field a roster of 6 players on Sunday for the scheduled grand finals. Due to team England not wishing to default win a grand final we will be awarding them an advantage. England will have the option to pick all maps for the upcoming final.
