   When all players connected to the server, team leaders will have to make a status screenshot, showing the SteamID’s of all players. (type status in the console and make a screenshot)

   or you can use P-Rec which makes them automatically

   If both teams cant provide a status screenshot, then I have to give a minor warning for both teams. Maybe the other team can provide a status screenshot.
