many factors are involved, it's also about the movements you make when you play. like moving only your wrist instead of moving the whole mouse when you move is the worst you could do but it comes natural, at least to me. or it's also about the height of your desk so like your whole position when you play. you can get away with carpal tunnel but wrists cysts are as painful. and pay attention when you lift those heavy weights you all claim to do 8)
