Analyze every death - was it your positioning ? aim ? no support ?

I play mid, and I've noticed I do a shit ton of mistakes, and have lots of bad habits, mainly involving taking fights and positioning. I'd want someone (d3+ pref, but im okay with general advice from people around d4 as well) to help me by reviewing demos etc. add me on steam if you'd want to try! :)
