It's that pretty much obvious, that you should respect and listen to each other? And also isn't that different for every team? For example in my teams in the past, we actually didn't argue, we just tested the ideas/tactics of everybody and used those which fits us the best. Please correct me if i didn't understand the point of this...]]></description>
