Thanks for the link but i already checked it :)
I regularly watch STV demos of prem & div1 teams (QunTV, byte, zethzio), follow broadcasts (vanillaTV, hiScore.tv,...), play off-class to get a general idea of the comp' game, play doublemixes (pxlpickup,...), read several articles like fish mentoring.
What i really need is a good scout to mentor me during PCWs or a good team that would be kind enough to let me mix with them !
I think the best way to improve is to actually practice w/ experienced players, not players with the same level as you (i'm captain obvious !)

Hey,

I've just started to play TF2 in competition (i played in the last tf2c which is the french league). I think my aim is not bad but i still suck at taking good decisions based on my position relative to the enemies.
My team will join ETF2L so i'm querying a good fellow from better div (from div 4 to prem) who can teach me some advanced techniques like :
* positionning;
* middle fights;
* good ways to flank enemies.
