I've uploaded the "big" version 3 or 4 times, and the other one at least twice :(

I'm trying to convert it using ffmpeg but tbh I don't really know what I'm doing :]

Right, I know your problem. There's an mp4 bug on youtube at the moment which slows down your clips at random parts. I found it really annoying and it's forced me to upload in wmv and that's fine. So maybe you could upload in wmv? :)

Hi.

As the title says, Youtube slows down some of my videos (not all of them). Only the video is slowed down, not the sound. I always use the same way to encode my videos:
- Record to tga with the pldx tool
- I create an uncompressed avi with vdub
- I do what i have to in vegas and render an uncompressed avi
- I compress it to x264 with ffmpeg

If anyone has any idea, i'd be very grateful.
I'm trying to upload a fragmovie, I tried with 2 versions (1440x810-50fps, 1280x720-30fps), and I get the same problem :(
