    	    <description><![CDATA[No i dont have the new steam UI. I played last night, was almost good, ping was almost stable.

Played on the rats DM 10 minutes ago, and was a fucking mess...40/100 all the time. 

Weird thing is, when i ping a server from cmd, even if its one i'm lagging on while ingame, everything seems ok (with 20 loops, only one loop times out sometimes)

Well thats what i thought, but reading Adam's message made me think that i didnt installed anything since it worked from the beginning with win7.

It was 2am so i didnt try for long but seems that its working now...
