    	    <description><![CDATA[I had the same problem a few weeks ago.

first thing i'd try if I were you : delete script and resources folders in your tf folder, give it a try. If it works just install newest version of your hud.

Edit : Actually I couldn't start my game at all when I got this problem. If you can start yours its probably not related. 
Try it with -autoconfig as a tf2 launch option.

    	    <description><![CDATA[The Instruction ( ? ) "0x11aca3e2" reference memory at "0x161f7404". The memory couldnt be read.

(The language of the pic is italian, the "?" are for my bad english traduction )

This error has "appeard" yesterday and keep crashing my tf2 every 10-20 mins i play or ever 10 seconds, is random.

PC spec

AMD 4200+
ATI 4850 1gb
XP sp2
Gigabyte GA-MA69GM-S2H
2gb ram

first i tought on some weird hud problems , so i downloaded and istalled the last version of morehud : isnt that.

downloaded the last version of quantum config : still isnt that.

ive heard about a program like steamservice , didnt found a link for download any help is appreciated.

And no i dont have multicore setting on.
