Well there's your problem :P Your hard drive can't keep up, try compressing it when rendering in vegas, .wmv compression is pretty easy to use.]]></description>

    	    <description><![CDATA[the reason why when you play the video file it appears to be laggy is because its such a large file your PC cant cope with it..﻿ When you export from Vegas or any software there you can render, it compresses it so it plays normally again.]]></description>

    	    <description><![CDATA[So basically I used PLDX movie config to record .tga @ 90fps, the 30sec clip went really slow (like 10minutes). Anyways, I opened files in virtual dub and used LAGS codec and saved as avi. Then I opened up the .avi I just saved to see how it looks and it looked horrible, the fps was max 5.
