I'm quite new here and i don't know if this is supposted to go here but..

My friend got banned for inactivity.

1. Why ban inactive people?
2. We are making a team, and i REALLY want to make one with him and now he's banned. Is there anything you can do to get him unbanned? Pretty please? If not, i understand.]]></description>
