    	    <description><![CDATA[So I tried using the Eternaween (an item that's supposed to activate halloween mode for two hours on the server) but I got a message saying it can only be used on registered servers. So is there some other way to activate halloween mode and is it allowed?
For example there's a console command you can use to activate it: "tf_forced_holiday 2"]]></description>
