    	    <description><![CDATA[I know it's a very common problem with lots of ways to fix it, that's why here's the lsit of what I've tried so far:

1) Checked for viruses.
2) Checked whether it's my HDD.
3) Refreshed all tf2 settings to default.

It's also worth mentioning that my C and D disks are both fragmented, and that I'm using a laptop.]]></description>
