I've apparently cleaned, quarantined and deleted all the files according to what Olbaa linked

But it always comes up whenever I log in again, and HitmanPro/MalwareBytes etc doesn't pick anything up.

So some adware came onto my computer, and was successfully able to remove the folder that had the potential threat.

The problem is is that my steam client gets spammed with random links, like this: http://puu.sh/98Jn1/74927b6998.jpg

I've done a fresh reinstall of steam, scanned with Malwarebytes and a ton of other programs, but it still comes up with shit like this.
