Did you check Steam's sound volume in the windows sound mixer-thingy? Sometimes mumble has some sort of hiccups where it lowers other program's sounds while speaking (as it should), but then doesn't increase them anymore after speaking.
But I'd assume that's not the case here, since your sound seems to be completely gone, not just lowered.
Never heard anything about P-REC doing that sort of thing. So I have no idea. :/]]></description>

    	    <description><![CDATA[I cannot hear anything at all coming from steam ever since I joined a lobby and prec started recording, has this happened to anyone else? How can you fix it? I also had Mumble  running, not sure if that has anything to do with it.
I tried deleting and reinstalling everything, but there's no change.]]></description>
