well i don't know, that's just in case, who knows what might be the reason? (im trying to help)

i would just re-install Windows then, if nothing helped

Edit#5: "This also happens ingame, then TF2 freezes and i have to close it." trying to solve this at least

Any fps configs? if yes, copy paste them on Pastebin and put a link here.

then copy paste to Pastebin your config.cfg

I will check them and see if i can find anything

i call them folders for some reason
it stores all your tf2 settings
It helped my friend once with his crashing, so i just suggest this, deleting tf registry won't do any harm, it will just reset configs back to default, i don't know how THIS helped my friend tho

Hey,

So, my Steam is crashing since yesterday all the time without any report/message, whatever. Steam shows me the typical download sign in the icon and as soon as I point on it, it just close. This also happens ingame, then TF2 freezes and i have to close it.

I dont really tried anything yet and before I reinstall everthing I wanted to ask if anyone has the same problem or a solution?

Thanks!
