As usual, if you want to find the cause of the problem, you have to eliminate factors.

You can start by completely deleting your hud/config/etc, play with a 100% vanilla setup. If that fixes your issue, you can start adding your modifications again, one by one, until it breaks again. Then you know what the cause was and only then you can work towards a fix.

Note that if you delete your configs, you:
1. make a backup first, and
2. also completely turn off steam cloud sync (in steam as well as in-game).

Same here, it happens on some pubs as well though.

So whenever I play on a mp_tournament 1 kind of server my tf2 crashs. It does that for 3-4 weeks already and it's kind of annoying.
It doesn't crash on pub servers.
It doesn't show an error message like "hl2.exe has stopped working".
As soon as the server changes map : "Server changing map load screen" then black screen then game fully closes and I'm back to my desktop screen.
I'm using a config for max fps, maybe the problem is there. Maybe it's on of the commands. If you think it is, I can send my cfg.
Please send help.
