it's a known issue, but i don't think there has ever been an official fix.

i presume your pc, connection and rates are fine.
some suggestions you'd find are cl_smooth 1, changing cl_interp and disabling some kind of motion blur (lawena recording tool).

demo_interpolateview should be 1, i think, but since that's the default i presume that's set correctly.

i don't vouch for these suggestions but i figured i might as well mention them :J

see the fifth post. it might help, i suppose

I was under the impression that all my demos suffered from this issue, but it appears I've managed to upload the one that does not. I'll find a better example (by actually looking at it this time). To be continued..

I have no issues (lag wise) playing and never did, but my POV demos are always jittery, as if they were recorded with big amounts of packet loss (1500 frames of fluent gameplay, then 200 frames of nothing moving, repeat (yes I made those numbers up just to explain the point)).

Here's an example: http://stuff.team-colonslash.eu/spike/20140126_2136_cp_granary_red_blu.zip
If the effect is not immediately obvious, try playing at 20% speed. It feels like playing with a 15hz monitor :s

Anyone know what this might be caused by, or how to fix it?
