    	    <description><![CDATA[There are loads of VPN providers out there. Make sure that it offers Port 443TCP OpenVPN as your uni cant block it(it´s the same port as HTTPS). Ping will be higher(normally 30, with VPN 60-80 on NL server) , but I´ve already played 6v6 matches with VPN on when I forgot to turn off or when the routing to the gameserver is REALLY bad)

example: nvpn.net, ovpn.to ,airvpn.org, proxy.sh (sometimes monitors traffic with wireshark, but if you don´t do any illegal stuff^^) or privateinternetaccess.com (very cheap but US based-NSA)]]></description>

    	    <description><![CDATA[Here is my question whenever I try to connect to Steam from my uni wifi I can only use offline mode cause it says Connection Error.
This is because my uni network only allows some services/protocol for security reason. I wonder if is there any way to bypass this?
