I put -sw and -noborder and changed resolution to 19000 x 600. Changed also launch options' resolution to be correct. Now I run in borderless windowed fullscreen or smth. TL:DR: FIXED

i run 800x600 and i dont freeze in fullscreen, so that isn't the problem

There's your problem then. You need to run borderless fullscreen for lagless alt-tabbing.
