    	    <description><![CDATA[I put -sw and -noborder and changed resolution to 1900 x 600. Changed also launch options' resolution to be correct. Now I run in borderless windowed fullscreen or smth.

There's your problem then. 

You need to run borderless fullscreen for lagless alt-tabbing. Like other ppl have already said.
