People will say that this or that mouse breaks way too often, I mean.. I've had my g400 now for fucking ages and never had a single problem with it. Don't fucking hit it to the table when somebody kills you and you'll be fine.

G400 has problems with the cable, because the wires in the cord area really thin.
I would go straight for g400s in this case (if really wants to have g400)

My cable broke from g400 and they sent me g400s for free instead after contacting customers service.

The cable is really easy to fix though. Just get really cheap logitech lasermouse and change the cable from the cheap one to g400. It makes it last alot longer.

And since i could still keep the g400 i now have it as spare mouse with stronger cable :)

What does playing on laptop have to do with mmouse cable quality?

Also no wonder it has a 3 year warranty, they probbaly feel bad since u will have to return your mouse for new one over and over again

the cable does not come from the back of the computer , which means I won't pull it, and I will always know when I have enough cable and when I need more. plus it won't be hanging from the back of my desk, which as far as I have read, is the reason why the cable oftenly ''breaks''
I did a bit of research on it eventually, and I would rather get the g400 with the 3 year warranty rather than getting the almost 2x more expensive in my country deathadder 2013, and not even having a warranty on it. thanks for expressing your opinion though.

tbh I think u made a mistake there. Altho its a great mouse, it won't last that long. The cable is shit + the side surface of the mouse gets worn off pretty quickly. I don't understand whats all the hype about the g400
