It's called "switch bounce". Sometimes can be fixed by blowing some compressed air into the clicker. You'd have to open the mouse and locate the clickers beneath the buttons.

check if the manufacturer has a possible patch for updating since it could be a software problem. happened with an old mouse of mine.
