Haha, no way that will do 300fps stable let alone break 1.6k. I can just break 1100fps on an MGE server with 2 people playing scout on it and my CPU is quite a lot faster (2500k @ 4.4Ghz). I don't get 300fps stable in normal games.

Your PC is not high-end.]]></description>

    	    <description><![CDATA[You've probably changed some setting with rivatuner and forgot to change it back. Uninstall your graphics drivers, reboot, reinstall them, done.

    	    <description><![CDATA[I'm not exactly sure what the program does, but perhaps try reinstalling TF2? Moreover, you can go to Control Panel, Programs and Features, Uninstall a program and then find the program you installed and remove it entirely.]]></description>
