Not sure what causes it then. I get this kind of choppiness quite a lot when I jump around in a demo a lot. It seems pretty random and it usually only affects a few people at a time. I've never had it happen with the lawena tool though. Also, if you lag in-game it will usually show up much more prominently in your demos. Does this issue only affect your own demos, or does it apply to other people's demos and stvs as well?
