It stays at 120Hz in CCC, but I want to play in fullscreen cause of rawinput & streaming :)

Me and jon(from tezc) have the same issue with almost the same setup. We found out the screen itself is at 120Hz even though CCC says it's 60Hz, if we got to information the menu of the monitor itself it says 120hz so yeah. Thanks anyway for all the help.

I've used the old drivers (that where giving with my graphics card) and it won't let me start anything from my pc.. not even chrome or steam. They won't start / load for some weird reason. I have it in the right connection port as I'm able to select the 120Hz option.

I've tried looking for any presets for tf2 but can't really find one.

I don't have any GPU scaling: http://puu.sh/1ZjXM

What i do have is the default set up for the gaming tab: http://puu.sh/1ZjZp

Thanks for the help but it's not fixed yet! :(

Is any scaling being done by the actual monitor? If you have a dual monitor setup one of them might be set to have scaling done there. I used to have that issue before I switched to nvidia. I think it's somewhere under Scaling Options (Flat-Panel) or something like that.

I've got the same GPU and a syncmaster monitor.without any issues, do you have catalyst set to let your game dictate some of the settings? Maybe thats interacting with it in a weird way.

Dunno what else to suggest, just wanted to point out that its probably not a GPU issue as mine works fine, maybe a monitor/driver problem.
