so this started again a week ago,
I've also had this problem some months ago - biggest difference is that it occurs at any given time.
I've searched throughout google - found nothing.
I'm connecting directly through a modem, my connection is pretty cheap and well.. its qute shit, I think like 0.5 mbps outside of Lithuania (or is just my connection too shit to and I need to upgrade it? :/ )
