    	    <description><![CDATA[About 2 hours ago my steam connection began dropping like crazy, and it was going back and forth so I decided to restart my pc and it didn't help. Then I deleted all files except steam.exe and steamapps folder, and after that I can't even connect to my account (I tried my mate's account and it all worked fine). It keeps telling "Steam is having troubles connecting to the steam servers", but then why the hell I can connect to other people's accounts?]]></description>
