    	    <description><![CDATA[Hi, i play tf2 with chris config, but i cant get more fps than 30 :/ 
I heard of a program , nvidia inspector for tf2 but i cant use it, i dont know how use it. Also another program, rivatuner but i dont know how it work, can you help me pls?
