Have you installed new drivers without uninstaling old? Fully uninstall all nvidia drivers and then install new one. Yeah sorry, I didn't make it clear in my first post, but when I tried 1280x720, I was getting 40-50 fps with a maxframes config, wheras I usually get 150+. Do you think a GT220 could run 1280x720 fine?
