It shouldn't get over 95 degress while you are playing TF2. While you are at it, also check your CPU temps 2 - Install the latest drivers for the following devices: 1: GPU, 2: Audio, 3: Chipset, 4: Network card 5: If you are using a Software RAID, also update your RAID driver. If you are having issues locating drivers, or don't know what you have, I can definitely recommend a program called Driver Genius. From personal experience, if you're using dx9, try changing it to dx8, it'll stop the crashing. It is a known driver problem with the 8xxx-9xxx lineup

What's the card? Is it Overclocked (set by yourself or the manufacturer). I had this problem with my old 9600GT which was factory OC'd. I used Rivatuner to set it to the stock levels and never had a problem with it after that.
