Those tracerts and pingtests were done when i was the only one in the house with internet on, and nothing running at all. The DDoS stuff i turned off when i first moved in here because it was causing packet loss, massive amounts of it. AND i dont have limits, the only limits i have are a 10gig DOWNLOAD limit EVERY DAY between like 10AM and 6PM and 7gig between 6-1AM or something. Then they cut the DOWNLOAD SPEED to half. FRom what i can tell, when i asked Spike if that might be the issue he said it wasn't.
