Setlet's advice didn't appear to be useful, checked for some possible processes and didn't notice anything

I noticed this yesterday, all the Steam games (HL2, Ep2, Skyrim, TF2 etc.) started to have fps drops, like in TF2, using m0re's highfpsconfig, normally constant 132 and now dropping to 90 on pubs.

My computer is pretty new and good quality, i5 2500k 4,0ghz, AMD Radeon HD6850, 4 gigs ram so I don't think that's the problem. Before this issue, I got 132 fps easily in TF2 with almost maxed graphics.

Not that it's a huge issue, but it really annoys me since I assembled my pc last summer and have no idea why this suddenly started happening.

Already updated video drivers (via amd:s website, not Steam), defragmentation is 0% and I think non-Steam games like Crysis are running pretty much the way they used to.

Any help?
