It was just a guess; I've had the same issue before and it was because the unload script was missing from that folder..derp]]></description>

-you got the soap_live.cfg and soap_notlife.cfg in tf/cfg/sourcemod/ -folder?

-you got the soap.cfg in tf/addons/sourcemod/configs

    	    <description><![CDATA[Ahh yes. Half a year later and a few cryptic answers from the Multiplay support i still haven't managed to fix this for the Moder server. I've heard something about uploading the mod or something to them and let them fix it but who knows?]]></description>
