    	    <description><![CDATA[Check for viruses and malware on the afore mentioned pc.

Normal routers can _sometimes_ only take a certain number of connections(or half open connections) at once before they overload and crash/freeze as you describe. Are you running something like Torrents or any file sharing? Viruses and malware can cause your computer to spam connections as well.

    	    <description><![CDATA[Someone asked me to post this for them as they cannot do it themselves for questionable reasons (may or may not be dummy)

"hallo yes my net is broken
every 2-3 minutes it stops working for a minute or so (it is still connected, or so the icons say, but it doesnt work)
i tried restarting my pc, router. checked if (its wireless) it allows my card (does idd)
this happens once every 2-3 weeks or so but its p. irritating.
Its also 99% related to my PC, as this only starts happening to the internet when i turn it on (others are fine if my pc is turned off)"]]></description>
