Valve understands word "update" differently than i do. Would fps cfg do any kind of change? im only using dx 81.

of course fps cfg help... more fps :P you can use this: http://fakkelbrigade.eu/chris/configs/cfg/maxframes.htm

if u don't know how to install follow this:

C:Program FilesSteamsteamappsYOUR STEAM USERNAMEteam fortress 2tfcfg

and there open a autoexec.cfg and copy all the commands into autoexec.cfg.. I hope it will work :) GL

Also I noticed I don't quite have fps drops but I do have these 'mouse lag' issues, honestly the problem for me I feel is my Graphics are utter shite. Steam keeps updating, TF2 keeps updating but my Graphics can only do so much, I guess I have to upgrade to move on and maybe the same for you. I can only run stable 60 fps, how bad my PC is.

Check your launch options, if -high (or something similar can't remember correctly) is there it causes input lag.

Delete and reinstall graphics drivers.
By my calculations it should take one night. GOOD LUCK.
If that doesnt work, do some online troubleshooting for a bit or reinstall os, thats what I do..
