when i play in small maps. like cp_rage (its like turris) i have stable fps, but if i go on a pcw then the "fun" starts. The more updates they release the worse it gets. Valve understands word "update" differently than i do. Would fps cfg do any kind of change? im only using dx 81.

So ive reinstalled video drivers, reinstalled tf2 but nothing helped. Accidentely changed lounch options from -windowed to -fullscreen and the drops ended. si if anyone has the same problem try to play in fullscreen mode. It may help you too. Thanks for everyone who tryed to help
