I would say get a corsair TX-650 W v2 if u plan on doing upgrade on the graphics card part. If you want just to keep with that same card, an cx 500 would do the trick. Also you were right on the tri channel part. The x58 chipset uses triple channel so it's supposed that you have 3 ram sticks (or 6).

(the motherboard states that no more than 1.6 v per stick should be used? And having three stick makes it run in triple channel mode, apparently a lot quicker this way) That's what he told me..
