I do this every update tf2 gets. I've closed all processes in the background that is not needed. I can't be arsed to reformat as this shit ton of files I need to backup and it's meh.]]></description>

    	    <description><![CDATA[If its only tf2 thats running shit and everything else and every game runs perfect then delete TF2 completely, go into the steam apps folder and delete anything you can see TF2 related (backup what you want of course) and then re-download.

If that doesn't work then reformatting is your only hope tbh, its always good to reformat once in a while anyway.]]></description>

I don't even want 120, I just want a consent 60fps. to stay like that even during mid fights.

My PC is clean, I clean it every fortnights, no massive dust shit none of that. Processes in background are not that many, they only consist of antivirus, drivers, windows important shit.
