You have a low end, single core processor that is probably more than 8 years old, and you're graphics card had actually already been out for 4 years when TF2 was released.

I bought it like 5 years ago

Sorry dude, there's no point even beating about the bush. You're PC is an absolute pile of shit. Buy a new one.

Also, the lag you're probably talking about, is the fact these servers are actually really high quality, and thus giving your computer a little more data to work with.

its generally pissing me off now.
so first lets start off with my warping. I can't see that, but people say I warp, but my ping is fine, my rates were adjusted 7646132149847654654 times till I found the right ones for me. But then I start feeling them. With fps drops. Hardcore ones.
My fps drops from ~40 to 10, with high action even to 5. It seems that I'm playing a slideshow, not TF2. Now I know that my pc is the worst ( specs will be given later ) but this thing happens in some servers special ones are Team Colonslash pickup servers, didn't try the match ones though. Hiperz.com is causing me some problems too. No hard feelings, but its true.
Now the laggy demos. I don't know what the fuck is causing them but I would want it to stop.
Now another problem. Map loading times. I literally start the game and join any server in around 4 minutes.
my pc specs ( inb4 buy a new pc ):
AMD Sempron 2600+ ~1.8 Ghz. Tried to overlock, my bios are shit, I can only switch between 100 133 166 200 mhz, on 200 mhz my pc refuses to turn on LOL.
Ram 512
Some shitty nvidia motherboard
Nvidia Geforce 5500 Fx.
I know that my pc is generally a plastic crap, but is that my pc who is causing all those problems? I mean srsly, all those problems with this kind of pc? I know people with around the same specs and they don't experience any problems, apart from low fps.
I'm using Chris Max Frames cfg.
