    	    <description><![CDATA[Keep bugging your ISP until they do something about it, I rang their tech people, they couldn't find a solution over the phone, so they sent out a technician the next day and he sorted the problem. 

Just constantly bug them until they do something, it's the only thing you can do if it's a problem at their end.]]></description>

    	    <description><![CDATA[Hey,
I'll keep it short and sweet. Since the 14th or 15th of March I've been getting some serious lag issues (15-25 choke, and close servers with ping ~100).
I thought the lag might get better gradually, but if anything, it has just gotten worse.
I rang up my ISP (Virgin Media) and they were as helpful as you'd expect, so I talked to some Virgin Media tech guy whose advice was to ring the helpline (wonderful).
Normally, I'd just whine in mumble and be done with it, but It's stopped me enjoying TF2.
Any ideas what to do?
