    	    <description><![CDATA[Sounds like you dont have your net settings saved in your config. Ever tried setting the net settings back to standard through the console?

cl_cmdrate 33
rate 30000
cl_interp_ratio 1

^ Those are the standard net settings if i remember correctly. (Might be wrong)
Re-installing your TF2 wont work if you have steam cloud activated since it will save your settings.]]></description>

    	    <description><![CDATA[Okay...around 4 days ago my in-ping started messing around...everything was normal till I tried this PLDX tool...and after that it seems my ping just goes up and stays that way...

I have tried:
*computer restart
*re-installed tf2
*Network restart
*Virus scan...

But nothing helped...maybe anyone has any ideas?]]></description>
