    	    <description><![CDATA[Sounds like a network issue, unless he gets looping sound in tf2 as well, which might suggest something causing his system to hang.

Anyway check network first :
 
Start &#62; Execute &#62; cmd &#62; "ping -t mumble_ip &#62; c:ping.txt"

This will constantly ping your mumble server and put the results in a txt file.
To stop it just press ctrl-c or close the DOS window.

Let it run while playing game shouldn't mess with your ping.
Then when he gets the lag he can check if he was getting timeouts

You should be able to see some timeouts or very high response times if there's an issue with the network.]]></description>

    	    <description><![CDATA[Recently our medic started having a problem that his tf2 suddenly freezes and at the same moment he can't say or hear anything on mumble, though 3 or 4 seconds after it's all ok again. 
First it was happening like 1-2 times/4 maps, now it's happening 2-3 times/map and that's kind of annoying.
Any thoughts of what it might be?]]></description>
