cl_timeout 50

That won't help stop you timing out on the server, it will just increase the time clientside until the client gives up waiting for more data from the server.

If you go to the command prompt (Start -> Run -> cmd or type cmd in the search box in W7) and type 'telnet speedtouch', does it say anything?

I think I might know how to fix your problem, but I don't know exactly how telnet works with your router.

When you say you tried a different router, was it of the same brand/was it the exact same model router as the one you're having problems with right now?

EDIT: After reading your post again, I have a feeling it might just be a shitty ISP problem.

Can't play normally any of the steam games :( . Every 5 or 10 minutes i'm timing out from the server.
In Left 4 Dead 2 it is - "Disconnected from the server: Lost connection with steam"
In Team Fortress 2 it is - "Connection Timed out."

Got this problems for 2 weeks now, timed out 3 times on offy versus TCM with 100% ubercharge, and i keep timing out on important situations. I'm tired of it and i want to fix it.

I'm playing on Windows XP.
My network drivers are completely updated to the newest version. Problem definetly is not in the drivers.

Some people says that it is my router fault and i think i completely agree with them, because it's 1 month already when i can't normally download.
My internet speed is 100mbit/sec. When i download something or when i'm seeding something through uttorrent, every 5 minutes my internet connection crashes. When i had no downloads on i still could play normally. But now those problems affected my games. Can't play normally, as i said it before every 5 or 10 minutes i time out from the game.

Router which i use - TRENDnet 108MBps 802.11g Wireless Firewall Router

It is 2 years old.

So what there may be actually a problem in? In my router? In my internet provider? In my windows?(How my brother says)

Should i change my router or no?

Any suggestions how fix this shit? Playoff matches soon, and if i time out with 100% uber in important situation Exfane will destroy me.
