We have a final match scheduled for Sunday (because Sfynx couldn't play for x^r last night), that we requested be put back to Monday 20th - which I think both teams were ok with. As far as I heard from the Admins, this was possible - but then we do have a fairly genuine reason... Pledge and I wanted to cover the EMS Final on Sunday between Blight and Epsilon, providing a community service to many happy people! If you're just moving games because you're shit at scheduling, you're a baddie.
Haven't heard about the Monday thing yet but we should be fine for that day as well! All deadlines can be found on our [Calendar] or at the [Events] subpage. If a match is not arranged by the schedule deadline, admins will decide a default match date. After that, a match date can only be changed if both teams agree on another date or if one team takes a wildcard.
3.3 Scheduled Match can only be postponed by using a Wildcard or by contacting an admin if both teams agree Once a game is scheduled and entered in our Calendar, it can only be postponed behind the match deadline if one team uses their wildcard or if both teams agree. If both teams agree to the reschedule (for example because there is a LAN) and want to postpone the match please contact an admin an explain the case.
This one above is important. A etf2l admin has to agree on rescheduled matches that go beyond either the normal or the wildcard deadline.
Minor warnings Unplayed match after match deadline
So if you have not contacted an admin if you reschedule a match after the deadline, you will get penalties.
EXPLANATION “WILDCARD” Every team got a specific number of Wildcards per competition which have to be used if a scheduled match has to be postponed without opponent’s agreement. A wildcard has to be used at least 15 minutes before the game is supposed to start. A wildcard can be used by selecting the wildcard function located on the top of the match page. Please try to contact your opponent if you use your wildcard on a very short notice. A wildcarded match has to be played no more then 14 days after the Wildcard was taken.
1.6 Every team has 2 Wildcards for a Season Every team can use two Wildcards in between a Season. [Wildcard Explanation] Wildcarded matches can not be postponed again (by another wildcard).
But there is no such thing that says u cant use a wildcard in week 9. These are the rules on scheduling/wildcarding matches.
