    	    <description><![CDATA[We try to set the default dates to a time that is convenient for both teams. However, this is not possible anytime e.g. if one team has players from the US and Europe or if an Australian and a US team are facing each other.
If European teams are involved, we will set the time to ~20-21 CET.
If you disagree to the default date and have a good reason for it, please contact an admin via IRC http://etf2l.org/etf2l/support/
However, if your opponent agrees you can reschedule the match without contacting an admin (but keep an eye on the match deadline!)]]></description>
