    	    <description><![CDATA[like the title says, since a week or so, whenever I talk (or alot of other people talk) on mumble my ms (and ping ofcourse) go up to around 250, when I stop talking it just goes back to normal (30ish)..
this never happened to me before so I have no idea what's causing this..

(one thing tho, I moved about 3 weeks ago, and this internet is not the same as where I was living first, so it could be that this internet has some sort of downloadlimit and then sets you to lowband.. i'm looking into this already and if this is what's causing the problems i'll let you know)

but if it's not that, what else could cause this?]]></description>
