If you can't work something out then you need to talk to an admin on the ETF2L IRC channel and have the match removed.

I strongly advise that you challenge specific teams who can play at similar times rather than using the open challenge system.

What if neither team can arrange for a mutual day/time due to miscommunication?

Example, I accepted a challenge after providing clearly date/times that our team was available. They didn't understand till much later. Basically we can't play as early as them, so what is the course of action here?

Just use the system to get a FFW or FFL b/c of non-agreement? Or can a match just be removed?

The other team challenged without day/time. I provided a day/time, which came back with that they were already booked. I was trying to accommodate and now I'm just not desiring to work with it anymore.

Thanks for the recommendations.

Just a quick question, I submited an open challenge for 25/08/10 at 21:00 and with in 40 minutes I had a team accept the challenge, they were the "Fangubulous Ankle-Biting Butt Munchers ". Our team is all sorted and everyone can play, then with no contact off the other team theyve attemped to change the date and time to friday at 20:00...we cant play this time as we're arranged to play another match... why accept a challenge and then try to change the time and date...

Am i right in that if i dont agree to this time we will win by default? if we turn up and they dont show? Its just really annoying who they've accepted it and then tried to change the time.

thanks rob
